Moderna announced an expansion of its facility in Norwood, Massachusetts this morning…

The COVID-19 pandemic seems to be nearing its conclusion. Why would Moderna be expanding its operations? I decided to read the company’s press release for clues…
“This expansion will support a 50% increase in production of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine at Moderna’s manufacturing site, which is expected to ramp up in late 2021 and early 2022.”
It seems as though Moderna wants to produce COVID-19 booster shots…

As a Realtor who lives less than 10 miles away from the Moderna Technology Center (MTC), I am happy to see the expansion… I like to see the development of real estate. I want to see my neighbors employed…
As an individual, however, I am worried… The expansion of the COVID-19, as a business, is frightening. We went from Donald Trump’s “15 Days to Slow the Spread” campaign to COVID-19 “vaccines” to the need for COVID-19 booster shots in the blink of an eye…

The connection between Moderna and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation worries me. I watched Inside Bills’ Brain: Decoding Bill Gates and I was left believing that Bill is interested in helping humanity but, then, I read anecdotes by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. wherein he has derided Bill’s vaccination efforts in India. I don’t, usually, believe the entirety of any narrative but I do believe, generally, that there is some truth to every narrative…
I’m more worried, now, about the connection with the news that Bill and Melinda have separated…

I’m assuming that Melinda was frustrated with Bill and his drive to “vaccine” the world against the horrors of COVID-19 over the past year… It makes sense. I am, however, making an educated guess because I, certainly, don’t know the inner workings of their relationship…
I have to believe that Bill Gates has the human race’s best interests at heart… What is the alternative? Am I to believe that Bill is masquerading as Sator from Tenet? I can’t believe that any human being would be interested in destroying humanity… Sator excluded.
Will history remember Moderna as savior or scamp? Will some of the real estate in my market be used for good or for evil? Will some of my neighbors be helping or hurting humanity?
Only time will tell…
